We have an immediate need for a Kitting Associate to work with a company located in the city of Pomona. The schedule is between 7:30 am to 4 pm and Monday-Friday. Job duties and requirements for Kitting Associate Manage processing orders, building custom kits for, and ensuring timely shipping Proactively provide updates to the sales team on order status Provide support for product launches including the building of product launch packages, and working with mailroom or copy center as necessary, to ship the packages accordingly Provide support for channel partner initiatives such as building sampling kits Provide support for professional education needs for equipment or consumables Qualifications High School Diploma 2 years or more of customer service or support services experience in a corporate office environment Intermediate skills in

Microsoft Office:

Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle, and general Internet Operate basic office machines to include computer, copier, printer, telephone, and laminate equipment

Critical Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, inventory moves, kitting, shipping) with ability to lead peers and handle exceptions.
• Competent in WMS transactions (picking, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, work orders/kitting).
• Able to interpret BOMs, labeling standards, and carrier requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years warehouse/kitting/shipping experience (T&E or event support preferred).
• Comfortable with basic Excel/Sheets for counts, logs, and variance analysis.
• Forklift/pallet jack certification (or within 1 year).
• Able to lift 30 lbs, stand/walk most of shift; accurate fine-motor work for kit builds.

Critical Skills/technical know-how:

• Advanced attention to detail for BOM verification, labeling standards, and kit QC.
• Inventory control: cycle counts, reconciliation, and variance root-cause.
