• Adamax Inc. is seeking an energetic, motivated, and reliable Warehouse Associate for an immediate opening. In this role you will provide comprehensive warehouse support
• picking, packing, kitting, sorting returns, and shipping orders
• to meet the facility's productivity and quality demands.

Job Responsibilities Proficiently navigate handheld terminal/scanner menus to accurately execute picking, packing, and shipping of both ground and freight orders. Fulfill freight orders (Truck/Milk Run): pick from physical pick lists, stack cartons on pallets, apply stretch wrap, and affix all required customer paperwork to outbound pallets. Pack and ship orders efficiently using computer-based shipping systems, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation of every outbound shipment. Replenish primary pick locations using WMS functions; physically unwrap pallets and neatly stock cartons in their designated locations. Receive inbound goods by unloading containers, verifying counts, and entering product into the WMS via RF scanner. Perform cycle counts of locations and products to maintain accurate on-hand inventory records.

Maintain general facility cleanliness:

keep work areas, tools, pick locations, and aisles clean, organized, and in good working condition at all times. Sort returned product and utilize WMS Movement/Go-Back functionality to process resalable inventory back into stock. Operate forklifts to load freight and safely move product throughout the warehouse. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a pick/pack/ship warehouse role using handheld scanning technology. Forklift certification or equivalent documented experience operating warehouse machinery. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and transition between assignments as operational needs dictate. Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with management and fellow team members. Positive attitude and professional demeanor; thrives in a fast-paced, agile work environment. Other Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background check. Availability to work 40+ hours per week; overtime may be required based on business needs. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for the duration of a full shift. Provide three positive professional references. Benefits CSM
