Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you will be integral to our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient materials handling and inventory management. You will be responsible for basic warehouse cleanup including: Using our baler to bale foam, cleaning and sweeping including basic custodial duties, measuring and putting away scrap materials, and using our shredder to shred foam for customer shipments. As you progress, you will be using a tape measure and packing tape to box and ship our foam cushions. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to complete a list of tasks independently. Must be physically strong, able to lift 75 lbs. independently, and larger items with team assistance. Position includes some truck unloading (20 minutes per week). This is team-oriented warehouse role, you must also be a strong team player to contribute to all aspects of the operation. The idea of "it's not my job" is not an option.
