Seeking a motivated General Laborer for the 2nd shift to assist with daily production tasks. This role involves ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items. Operate and monitor machinery and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area. Follow safety and quality guidelines. Collaborate with team members and support various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Skills:

Ability to follow instructions, teamwork, basic math, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications:

None required, safety training is a plus.

Work Environment:

Active production floor with varying temperatures. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
