In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Duties Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments using shipping & receiving procedures and warehouse management systems Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing order picker equipment and pallet jacks Maintain inventory accuracy through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms Load and unload trucks safely while adhering to shipping logistics standards and trade compliance regulations Organize stock in designated warehouse areas, ensuring proper stocking and packaging for optimal warehouse distribution Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update records to support inventory management goals Assist with shipping documentation, order fulfillment processes, and compliance with international trade regulations when applicable Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or related roles with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and stock control procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and order pickers safely Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities accurately Excellent customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors effectively Understanding of trade compliance standards and international trade regulations is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including load & unload activities while maintaining safety standards Join our team as a Warehouse Clerk where your organizational skills, technical knowledge, and enthusiasm will drive our success.
