This is a hands-on part-time role focused on assembling, checking, packing and preparing premium products for shipment. The schedule is simple, the shifts are short, and strong performance can lead to higher pay. Pay & Growth Starting pay is $18/hour , with performance-based increases up to $22/hour . Your first performance and pay review is after 90 days, with raises based on accuracy, productivity, attendance and reliability. What You'll Do Assemble products accurately and efficiently Inspect items before packing to make sure they meet quality standards Pack customer orders neatly and securely Prepare completed orders for shipment Help with inventory, restocking and warehouse organization Keep your work area clean and organized What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are reliable, punctual and able to work at a steady pace while paying attention to the details. You should be comfortable standing throughout the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is helpful, but not required. We care more about reliability, consistency and willingness to learn. Schedule Minimum of 12 hours per week, which is 3 shifts. Available workdays are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesdays and weekends are off.
