This is a great fit for someone looking for consistent part-time work, short weekday shifts, and the opportunity to increase their pay based on strong performance. Compensation & Growth Starting pay is $18/hour, with performance-based increases up to $22/hour. Your first performance and pay review is after 90 days, with raises based on accuracy, productivity, attendance and reliability. Role Overview Accuracy and attention to detail are important in this role. You'll be responsible for making sure products are assembled correctly, meet our quality standards and are packed securely and neatly for shipment. We're looking for people who can work efficiently, stay consistent and take pride in doing things correctly. Responsibilities Assemble products accurately and efficiently Inspect items for flaws or defects before packing Pack customer orders securely and neatly Move completed orders to the shipping area on time Assist with inventory counts, organization and restocking Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications You should be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented and able to maintain a good work pace without sacrificing quality. You should also be comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is helpful, but not required. Schedule & Hours Minimum of 12 hours per week, which is 3 shifts. Available workdays are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with Wednesdays and weekends off.
