This is a hands-on position involving product handling, inventory movement, warehouse organization, equipment cleaning, and occasional delivery support. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a team.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, organize, and put products away in designated warehouse areas.
Pull and prepare products for customer orders and deliveries.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
Clean, sanitize, and refill 5-gallon water containers as needed.
Load and unload products, supplies, and equipment.
Assist delivery drivers with routes and customer deliveries when required.
Help prepare vehicles and products for daily delivery activities.
Move inventory throughout the warehouse using appropriate handling methods.
Follow established workplace safety procedures.
Assist other warehouse and delivery team members with daily operational tasks.
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Required QualificationsMinimum 18 years of age.
Valid non-CDL driver's license.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Ability to safely lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.
Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical, hands-on tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Previous employment references required.
Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, delivery, distribution, or material-handling experience.
Forklift operating experience.
Experience loading and unloading products.
Familiarity with warehouse organization and inventory handling.
Forklift experience is helpful but not required; training may be available for the right candidate.
Physical RequirementsThe position involves regular physical activity, including:
Lifting and carrying products weighing 50+ pounds.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Loading and unloading vehicles.
Moving products throughout the warehouse.
Performing repetitive warehouse and cleaning tasks.
