Our warehouse manager started as a picker/packer! What will I do? You'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will learn the ins and outs of the business and have the opportunity to increase your responsibilities and earn more. Own the picking process. You'll make sure every order you pick is always right. Breeze through the packing process. Lightning fast hands and a good eye to spot pick errors put you at the top of the leaderboard. Show your versatility when helping with restocking, receiving, or inventory control. Maintain a clean workspace and build a positive work environment. Hours and pay? Monday-Thursday OR Friday-Monday 6:00am-4:00pm. $19/hr, with the potential to earn up to $20 per hour, and more if you take on more responsibility.

Holiday Attendance Bonus Evaluation Period:

• 12/20. Bonus amount
• $150 for the 1st 2-week period, $200 (for a 2nd consecutive 2-week periods), $250 (3rd consecutive 2-week period), $300 (4th consecutive 2-week period).

If a attendance is missed in a period, the bonus structure will start over the next 2-week period so you can keep on earning! Maximum payout potential of $900 . Associates must maintain perfect attendance throughout each of the two-week evaluation periods.

Attendance Standard :

Perfect attendance means reporting to all scheduled shifts on time and completing each scheduled shift, subject to OTW attendance policy.

Payment :

The bonus will be paid in accordance with normal payroll practices after attendance records for the applicable two week periods have been reviewed and confirmed. What you bring to the table: An eagerness to excel. You don't just want, but need to be the most accurate packer and the fastest picker. You're proactive. You come with solutions, not problems. You're coachable. You can learn on the fly and only need to be told things once. Excellent communication skills that make you the go-to person for help. Can easily navigate an iPad and computer. Can lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required. Why OTW Shipping?
