Competitive Pay:

Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $20 - $22/hr+ depending on position and experience and shift.

Responsibilities Include:

Equipment Operation & Training:

Will be trained in assembly, packing , shipping, forklift operation, and machine setup to maintain steady production flow and warehouse organization.

Technical Production:

Execute core assembly tasks and operate production machinery according to company and safety standards.

Logistics & Material Handling:

Support material handling duties, track inventory counts manually or digitally, and manage shipping/receiving documentation.

Quality Control:

Perform detailed inspection of parts using a tape measure, caliper, and micrometer to ensure high accuracy.

Inventory Management:

Coordinate the flow of raw goods and finished assembly units throughout the facility.

Workflow Coordination:

Help manage shipping and receiving docks to ensure on-time delivery and thorough inspection of incoming goods.

Kitchen & Sanitation Support:

Assist with facility maintenance, light cooking, or commercial dishwashing tasks as needed.

Skills / Qualifications

Completely entry level, previous food service, fast food, cashier, restaurant, serving, packing, warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus but not required . As an inclusive, 2nd chance employer , we welcome candidates looking to learn new trade skills from the ground up. Experience using a tape measure, caliper, or micrometer for precision inspection is a plus, but we will train! Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or assembly drawings is a plus — will train! Background in fast food , serving , kitchen support, or cashier roles is a plus for some of our multi-functional positions. Previous experience in packing , material handling, or general labor in a warehouse setting is a plus. Prior exposure to restaurant kitchen environments, cooking, or operating a commercial dishwasher is a plus. Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through company training) is a plus. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs by hand and use mechanical assistance for heavier loads.
