We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position involves a variety of warehouse, shipping, inventory, and production duties.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize incoming products and materials
• Operate a forklift safely
• Operate manual and/or electric pallet jacks
• Restock warehouse shelves and storage areas
• Pick and retrieve products for orders and production
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory organization
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders
• Assist with production tasks as needed
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse
• Lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move products throughout the workday
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience using a pallet jack preferred
• Warehouse, shipping, inventory, or production experience preferred
• Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

Compensation:

• Starting training pay: $16.50 per hour
• Opportunity to increase to approximately $19-$20 per hour based on performance, skills, productivity, and responsibilities
• Pay increases are based on demonstrated performance and ability to take on additional warehouse responsibilities

Pay:

$16.50 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
