Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks, vans, and personal vehicles for delivery purposes. Load, unload, and organize products using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Deliver goods promptly to customers' locations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service. Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain proper documentation, and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns. Assist in warehouse operations by moving inventory, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Use mobile devices to track deliveries, update logs, and communicate with team members effectively. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or commercial trucks is preferred. CDL is NOT required. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper lifting practices; experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of manual handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Strong understanding of traffic regulations, DOT compliance, and safe driving practices. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Ability to work physically demanding shifts involving moving heavy items and manual handling tasks.
