Job Description
Hospitality Depot We provide everyday essentials hotels and vacation rentals need to operate smoothly, from linens and amenities to cleaning supplies and houseware items and deliver locally along the northern gulf coast from Bay Co. Florida to Baldwin Co. in Alabama We are looking to hire a full-time warehouse associate. Responsibilities include but are not limited to pulling, staging and loading customer orders, receiving and warehousing of inbound vendor deliveries along with maintaining warehouse standards and inventory control. Local delivery of goods to clients by way of 18-26' box trucks or delivery van may also be required on occasion. Must be 18 years of age or older with High School diploma or equivalent. Must also be in good physical condition able to lift up to 80lbs individually on a daily basis, have a clean driving record, be willing to submit to drug screening and background check as well as being authorized to work in the United States. Prior warehouse and forklift experience are helpful but not required. Hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday, No Nights or Weekends. Insurance and simple IRA available. Starting Salary $16.00hr Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards Label, organize, and store inventory in designated areas Maintain accurate records of all shipments and inventory transactions Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Coordinate with carriers and drivers for pickups and deliveries Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Standing, walking, lifting, and bending required throughout the shift
