• Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities Maintain good housekeeping in the manufacturing production area. Perform various general laborer duties in the machining department which may include sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning machines, grinding, tapping/drilling, loading/unloading materials, and deburring. Prep and clean machine tables and machine risers for machine set ups. Handle materials using dolly's, hand trucks, forklifts, and cranes. Learn how to perform maintenance on machines. On the job training from machinists when all general labor duties are caught up. Assist with installation of tools in the field. Assist with maintenance and repairs in the facility and at customer sites. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. One-year of experience and/or training in a manufacturing setting preferred. Forklift and crane experience is preferred.
