This is a hands-on role that involves material handling, inventory management, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience with logistics, shipping, and receiving is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Support:

Physically move and expedite materials to meet production schedules and work order deadlines.

Material Handling:

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material transport equipment.

Inventory Verification:

Confirm material quantities and ensure items are properly labeled, packaged, and prepared for transport.

Shipping & Receiving:

Assist with loading and unloading of trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.

Logistics Support:

Maintain organized storage areas and ensure accurate inventory tracking and recordkeeping.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with production, engineering, and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow and material availability.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in inventory, logistics, or shipping and receiving preferred Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus) Physically able to lift and move materials throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for inventory tracking Punctual, dependable, and able to work a 50-hour week Must pass background check Must have Real ID drivers license Must be a resident of the
