Warehouse Order Puller

Job Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Order Puller to join our growing team in a fast-paced fence and fabrication environment. This position is responsible for accurately pulling, staging, organizing, and preparing materials for daily job dispatches, customer pickups, and shop operations. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and capable of working both independently and with a team to maintain efficient warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring crews receive the correct materials and equipment needed to complete projects successfully and on schedule. Schedule Full-Time Position Monday-Friday Responsibilities Pull and stage materials for daily fence installation and fabrication jobs Verify quantities and material accuracy before dispatch Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and yard materials Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Maintain clean and organized warehouse, yard, and staging areas Assist with material counts and inventory control Communicate shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies to management Support shop and field teams as needed Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards Requirements Must be capable of passing a DOT background check and drug test Experience operating forklifts and or skid steer Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math solving skills for material accuracy Preferred (Not Required) Previous warehouse or material handling experience Experience working in construction, fencing, or fabrication environments Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods Comfortable working in shop and occasional field environments Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Benefits & Compensation Hourly Pay:
