General labor- entry level The Store - 3.6 Pendergrass, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $14 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Truck loading and unloading Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking motivated and dependable entry-level candidate to join our retail distribution team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our store front locations. This position you will assist with receiving, loading, unloading, transporting and also processing retail merchandise at store location. This position involves physical work, including moving pallets with pallet jack and splitting pallets and rewrapping pallets for transportation. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well with a team, can work independently and is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Move and organize retail merchandise using a pallet jack.
- Assist with transporting and delivering merchandise to company stores.
- Secure merchandise properly for transportation.
- Help unload and stock merchandise at store locations.
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse, loading, and receiving area.
- Assist store and warehouse teams with other duties as needed.
- Provide a positive and dependable team-oriented attitude. Qualifications
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Ability to safely operate a pallet jack (no experience required)
- Forklift experience is a plus, but we are willing to train.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required for future delivery responsibilities. Must be able to pass DOT physical.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move boxes and merchandise regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods.
- Ability to safely load and unload trucks.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Ability to handle merchandise of varying sizes and weights.
- Must be willing to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment.
