We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hardworking General Labor / Material Handlers to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse and production operations by safely handling, moving, organizing, and storing materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, performing physical tasks, following safety procedures, and working as part of a team. This position may involve standing, walking, lifting, loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility. No previous material handling experience is required for some positions, as training may be provided. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn. Responsibilities Safely move, handle, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse or production area. Transport materials between designated locations using manual material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and other equipment as trained. Assist with receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials according to operational requirements. Load and unload materials while following proper lifting and material-handling procedures. Organize pallets, materials, and work areas to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Inspect materials for visible damage and report any issues to the supervisor or manager. Use scanners, computers, or other warehouse systems to track materials and update inventory information when required. Follow work instructions and production or warehouse procedures accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA-related safety procedures. Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working. Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and team members regarding materials, work assignments, and operational issues. Assist with other general warehouse or production duties as assigned. Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Requirements Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling experience is a plus but not required for all positions . Ability to perform physical work for extended periods of time. Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required by the position. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to safety and detail. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic communication skills in English. Willingness to learn new procedures and equipment. Previous experience using scanners, warehouse systems, or computers is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus for positions where forklift operation may be required, but forklift certification is not required for the General Labor / Material Handler position unless specifically assigned to a forklift role. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift. Ability to safely handle materials of varying sizes and weights.
