Full Benefits Pay:

$23-26/hour DOE Paradise Flooring is looking for someone dependable to take ownership of our warehouse. The warehouse is your kuleana. You'll be responsible for keeping it organized, accurate, clean, and running smoothly. We're looking for someone who stays busy and takes care of what needs to be done.

Your job is simple:

• Receive and check flooring shipments
• Operate a forklift to move and organize flooring throughout the warehouse
• Pull and double-check customer orders
• Make local pickups and deliveries
• Build custom stair nosings (we'll train you)
• Keep the warehouse, work areas, bathrooms, and showroom clean
• See something that needs to be done?

What We're Looking For:

You don't need a fancy resume.

We want someone who:

• Shows up on time and is dependable
• Takes pride in doing things right
• Stays busy and looks for what needs to be done
• Doesn't mind cleaning and keeping their workspace nice
• Can safely lift up to 80 lbs.
• Has a valid Hawaii driver's license and is comfortable driving a flatbed truck (no CDL required)
• Can pass a drug test Warehouse, forklift, delivery, construction, or other hands-on experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
