Warehouse Associate Join a small, relaxed warehouse operation in Cedar Rapids where you'll help organize materials, fulfill orders, and deliver products to jobsites. This role offers a slower-paced environment, variety in your day, and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities Stage, organize, and move materials in the warehouse Load/unload trucks and trailers using a pallet jack or manual labor Pick and pack orders accurately Deliver materials to jobsites and assist with material handling onsite Support inventory control and general warehouse upkeep Coordinate with office staff and field crews to meet project needs Required Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 6+ months of warehouse, construction, or material handling experience Experience loading/unloading trucks and using a pallet jack Strong attention to detail and reliability Comfortable with physical work, including carrying materials and climbing stairs Preferred Qualifications Inventory management experience Familiarity with construction materials and jobsites Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible and adaptable to changing daily tasks Why Join? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
