Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse distribution, accurate inventory management, and efficient order fulfillment. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of shipping and receiving, stock management, and overall warehouse operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, logistics, and customer service while contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling tools Ensure proper packaging of products to meet shipping logistics standards and trade compliance regulations Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate records and support inventory management efforts Collaborate with team members to coordinate warehouse distribution activities and optimize workflow processes Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, managing order fulfillment stations, and ensuring safety compliance at all times Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management software is highly desirable Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Ability to operate forklifts, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred) Strong data entry skills coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking & packing processes Customer service mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining safety standards Embark on a rewarding career where your contributions directly impact our customers' satisfaction! Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
