Description:

Join a Growing Warehouse Team! We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to support our crate-building and container management operation. This hands-on warehouse role includes repairing containers, scanning inventory, staging materials, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Build and repair plastic crates and containers using basic hand tools Inspect containers and perform minor repairs as needed Scan and track inventory using RF scanners Sort, stage, and prepare materials for shipping Support washing and processing operations Verify orders and ensure shipment accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We're Looking For 6+ months of warehouse, production, assembly, or general labor experience Experience using RF scanners preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in an active environment throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays Why Join Us? Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
