Aerotek is hiring Warehouse Workers!! Weekly Pay || $16-$17 per hour || E-town, KY Job Description This Warehouse Worker position supports a clean, climate-controlled facility by accurately handling incoming and outgoing freight, maintaining inventory integrity, and operating warehouse equipment as needed. You will contribute to the smooth flow of materials, support account growth in coordination with sales and management, and ensure that all shipping and receiving activities meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Physically receive, store, package, label, and ship freight according to established procedures. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of inventory levels through careful handling and documentation of materials. Operate warehouse power equipment, including forklifts and hydraulic jacks, to move, load, and unload materials safely. Support the development and growth of assigned accounts in coordination with sales and management by ensuring reliable and efficient warehouse service. Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures while performing warehouse duties. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to support a safe and efficient operation. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively to resolve issues related to shipping, receiving, and inventory. Essential Skills At least 6 months of experience in a warehouse environment performing picking and packing tasks. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to follow instructions and complete documentation. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory, packaging, and shipping documentation. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive warehouse tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfort working with minimal heavy lifting in a fast-paced but manageable warehouse environment. Ability to collaborate with sales and management teams to support account growth. Strong work ethic with reliable attendance to support potential for permanent placement. Why Work Here?
