This role is essential for ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and safely to our customers while maintaining the organization and functionality of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to operate a forklift. Tube Fitting Specialties services many industrial sites, refineries, and pipelines, which require a TWIC card and/or background check to enter. The candidate must be able to possess or be able to get a TWIC card and pass a background check. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles and forklift in confined areas. Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques. Ensure accurate delivery of items by following specified routes and schedules. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including proper storage of goods. Assist in inventory management by tracking incoming and outgoing shipments. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency. Requirements Experience with delivery driving or route driving is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must possess or be able to get a TWIC card. Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing deliveries accurately. A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
