Overview Lentz Roofing Company is seeking a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate / Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position based out of our local office and warehouse. This role will assist with daily warehouse operations, inventory management, material deliveries, and basic fleet maintenance and inspections. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse materials and supplies Learn and use our inventory management system to track materials and inventory Perform regular inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records Pull and prepare materials and equipment for jobs Load and unload material deliveries using a forklift Make material and equipment deliveries to local jobsites Drive company trucks and pull trailers as needed Assist with routine inspections of company trucks, trailers, and equipment Help coordinate basic fleet maintenance and service needs Keep the warehouse, yard, and storage areas clean and organized Assist with other warehouse and logistics needs as assigned Requirements Forklift experience required Experience driving a truck while pulling a trailer required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Previous warehouse, construction, or material handling experience preferred Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials Good organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative What We Offer Full-time, steady employment Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to learn inventory and fleet management Hands-on position with a variety of daily responsibilities If you have warehouse experience, are comfortable operating a forklift and pulling trailers, and are looking for a dependable full-time position, we encourage you to apply..
