Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate / CDL Driver to support daily operations between the warehouse and active job sites. This is a hands-on role that blends driving responsibilities with warehouse support—ideal for someone who takes ownership, works hard, and wants to grow within a company. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot rack body truck (Class B) to deliver materials to job sites Load, secure, and unload materials and equipment Ensure all deliveries are accurate, signed for, and properly documented Support warehouse operations including inventory handling and organization Inspect tools and materials prior to delivery to ensure quality and functionality Coordinate with field teams and management to meet project needs Assist with general warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For CDL Class B license (required) with air brake endorsement Experience driving in urban environments (Boston preferred) Basic understanding of construction tools and materials Willingness to both drive and work in the warehouse (not a drive-only role) Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with a "get it done" attitude Compensation & Benefits $22-$28/hour (depending on experience, flexibility for strong candidates) Overtime opportunities (including occasional nights and weekends) Medical insurance (70% employer-paid) 100% employer-paid dental insurance 2 weeks PTO + 5 sick days (increasing annually) 10+ paid holidays Annual bonus potential (performance-based) Growth Opportunity This company strongly promotes from within.
