In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and safe handling of shipments. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics, contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure proper handling and safety. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking systems and inventory management software. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry. Load outbound shipments efficiently while adhering to shipping logistics standards and trade compliance regulations. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory management tasks to ensure stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Assist with packaging products securely for shipping, including labeling and documentation in compliance with international trade regulations when necessary. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations or related fields such as shipping & receiving or order fulfillment is preferred. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification; experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and load & unload equipment is highly desirable. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; familiarity with AS400 or ERP systems is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
