Machine Operator/Material Handler

We're seeking a Machine Operator to produce sash parts, door parts, jambs, and casing. Shaper experience is plus; CNC knowledge is also plus but not essential.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate shapers as needed (experience a plus). Inspect and measure finished pieces for quality and accuracy. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

About You:

Shaper and/or CNC experience are a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and solid math skills. Commitment to quality craftsmanship, coupled with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with noise and dust (PPE provided).
