Job Description

Job Summary Savvy Staffing is seeking dedicated and reliable General Laborers to join a manufacturing team in West Brookfield, MA. In these roles, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations within a manufacturing facility by performing various physical tasks that ensure smooth production flow.

Responsibilities:

Position #1. Applying thin insulation between copper bars. Must have great attention to detail. Lifting between 5-15 lbs. Position #2. This role involves basic general labor duties, primarily moving copper bars from station to station throughout the production process. The bars typically weigh between 20-30 pounds, so candidates must be comfortable with consistent lifting.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday (optional): 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Overtime is paid after 8 hours per shift, which is a strong selling point. These are temp-to-perm opportunities. Candidates must have their own reliable transportation

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
