About the Position Relentless Brands is looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Brighton. We are currently considering both full-time and part-time candidates and may hire more than one person. We have some flexibility depending on the availability and experience of the right candidates. This is more than a traditional pick-and-pack warehouse position. In addition to order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory, this role will assist with production using our 3D printers and learn different parts of our eCommerce operation. You do not need to come to us knowing how to do everything. Previous warehouse or eCommerce experience is helpful, but we're more interested in finding someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and interested in growing with the company. We're happy to train the right person on our processes, equipment, and software. We're looking for someone who wants to learn new skills, take on additional responsibility over time, and ideally build a long-term role with us. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Process orders and prepare shipments using our shipping software Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records Prepare products and materials for fulfillment and production Assist with operation of 3D printers used to manufacture products Remove completed 3D prints, start new print jobs, and perform basic quality checks Learn basic 3D printer troubleshooting and routine production procedures Inspect products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Assist with other warehouse, production, and eCommerce tasks as needed What We're Looking For What matters to us: Dependable and punctual Willing and able to learn new skills and processes Detail-oriented and organized Able to follow procedures and complete work accurately Comfortable asking questions when unsure Able to work independently once trained Comfortable using computers and learning new software Willing to pitch in where needed in a small-business environment Interested in learning additional responsibilities and growing with the company Able to meet the physical requirements of warehouse work Helpful, but not required: Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience Previous forklift experience Experience with eCommerce or shipping software such as ShipStation, Shopify, or Amazon Seller Central Previous 3D printing or production experience Training will be provided on our specific equipment, software, and processes. Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Schedules are primarily weekdays, with some weekends required. Part-time scheduling may be flexible depending on availability and business needs. Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position that requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling merchandise and packages throughout the workday. Employees must be able to safely lift and move products and packages as required for the position.
