We are looking for a motivated individual with prior warehouse and order picking experience to join our team. This is a full-time role based out of our Blue Springs, MO warehouse with excellent opportunity for advancement. Compensation Highly competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package including options for medical, dental, vision, paid time off and more 401K with company match Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Picking orders Palletizing product to be shipped out Shrink wrapping pallets Supporting warehouse functions such as stocking, counting inventory etc Routine maintenance and clean-up Miscellaneous duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency of Meyer Laboratory Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum of 1-year related work experience Pallet jack experience strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to self-motivate and work independently Strong sense of urgency and initiative Detail-oriented Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines Excellent attendance record and timeliness, required Prior forklift experience or certifications a plus Must be flexible with day-to-day job duties Willingness to comply with safety and quality regulations, including wearing protective gear when necessary. Meeting physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear.
