Job Description

Description MISSION To safely and accurately stack, store & deliver tires. Processing incoming orders from vendors and outgoing orders for customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Driver for OTR Tires & Truck Tires•Day routes (Class A CDL required) Receive, unpack, check, and store tires Fill requisitions and orders, preparing inventory for delivery Assist with loading/unloading of orders Safely operate forklifts, squeeze lifts, and order pickers Maintain a clean warehouse Protect company assets Organizational Skills are desired (but not required) Embrace Purcell's culture of safety and perform all jobs in a safe manner Regular attendance in accordance with assigned schedule Ability to perform physical requirements as listed in job description Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management Requirements

Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment•Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment such as forklifts, squeeze lifts, and order pickers. Customer Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Handling and Moving Objects — Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things.
Communication KSA's:
English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Writing & Speaking — Communicating effectively in writing and interpersonal speaking as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
