Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Loader to join our warehouse team in Marshfield. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading trucks, ensuring that all materials are handled safely and accurately. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including the use of various equipment and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks with materials and products using pallet jacks and also manual loading / unloading Ensure accurate order picking and packing for shipping and receiving processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to OSHA safety standards. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage shipments. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring the safe handling of materials. Requirements Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Familiarity with materials handling techniques and heavy lifting protocols. Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes within a warehouse environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
