Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate specializing in Shipping, Receiving, and Data Entry to join our vibrant logistics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth warehouse operations by managing inventory flow, processing shipments accurately, and maintaining precise data records. Your proactive approach will help us meet customer expectations and uphold trade compliance standards, all while supporting efficient warehouse distribution processes. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document receipt using warehouse management systems and RFID scanners. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately for timely delivery. Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move products within the facility while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain organized storage areas by stocking items properly and ensuring efficient warehouse distribution workflows. Process data entry tasks related to shipping logs, order details, and trade compliance documentation with high accuracy. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipping or receiving issues promptly and professionally. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations. Experience operating forklifts and RF scanners for order picking and stock movement. Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and quantities essential for accurate order fulfillment. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure precise record keeping. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking procedures, packaging standards, and trade compliance requirements.
