Job Description

Machine Operator Shifts:
12-Hour rotating shift (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM), other shifts could be available
Location:
West Asheville, Candler area What's In It For You? Only work half the month!
Weekly Time Off:
Receive a full week off every four weeks.

What you will be doing:
Operate and Monitor Machinery:
Run and adjust production equipment, including performing routine setups and minor calibrations, to ensure quality and efficiency.
Material Handling:
Use equipment like pallet jacks and lifts to safely load raw materials, transport finished goods, and manage inventory within the work area.
Quality Control & Documentation:
Conduct frequent in-process checks on materials, identify faults, and accurately document production counts and quality data (often involving scanning or logging).
Maintenance & Safety:
Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to 5S standards, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and strictly follow all safety protocols.
Team Support:
Help with product changeovers and line start-ups, and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and maintain a smooth workflow.

High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of stable work history Safety mindset - open to training Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks/time effectively. $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
