• $18/hour ## About Us Moncioni Fragrance Lab is a growing fragrance company based in Greensboro, NC.

We craft and sell our own perfumes and candles, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help keep our warehouse running smoothly. ## About the Role We need a dependable warehouse associate to handle the hands-on side of our production and fulfillment: filling candles, filling fragrances, and packing customer orders. This is a physical, on-your-feet role that keeps our operation moving day to day. ## What You'll Do

• Fill candles and fragrance bottles accurately and consistently
• Pack and prepare customer orders for shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace
• Use warehouse computer systems to fulfill the orders
• Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• Support the team with other warehouse tasks as needed ## What We're Looking For
• Some prior warehouse or production experience preferred
• Comfortable with a physically active job, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs easily
• Basic computer skills (data entry, order systems)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team ## Compensation
