    Warehouse Worker
  • Job Description
  • This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment to accurately pick and prepare beverage orders for shipment. You will operate an electronic pallet jack, build and wrap pallets with beverage products, and load them onto trucks while maintaining clear communication through a headset system.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently in a very fast-paced warehouse environment.
+ Operate an electronic pallet jack safely to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse. + Stack cases of beverage products, including 12-packs and liter crates, onto pallets in a stable and organized manner. + Wrap completed pallets securely to ensure safe transport and prevent product damage. + Load wrapped pallets onto trucks in the correct sequence and location for delivery. + Use a headset communication system to receive picking instructions and coordinate with team members. + Follow all safety procedures while working around moving equipment and other warehouse staff. + Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. + Adhere to designated break times and shift schedules, including additional breaks when operations are very busy. + Work extended hours when needed, especially before holidays and on busy days such as Thursdays and Fridays.
  • Essential Skills
  • + At least 6+ months of warehouse experience in roles such as picking, shipping, receiving, or general labor.
+ Ability to lift and stack 20-50 lbs consistently throughout the shift, with most products weighing around 30 lbs. + Experience using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, palletizers, or similar material-handling tools. + Comfort working in a very fast-paced environment with many moving parts. + Ability to follow verbal instructions via headset and communicate clearly with team members. + Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and pallet stacking. + Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting, stacking, and walking for extended periods. + Reliability in following scheduled shift times and designated break periods.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • + Previous experience operating an electronic pallet jack. + Background in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or general warehouse labor. + Comfort working on a busy second shift with a medium-sized team. + Willingness to work longer shifts when required, especially before holidays.

  • Work Environment
  • This position is based in a clean, busy warehouse environment on the second shift, typically from 2:00 p.
m. to 9:30 p.m., with hours that may extend depending on customer orders. The team consists of about 25 employees, and the pace can be very fast with many moving parts, especially on Thursdays and Fridays and in the period leading up to holidays, when shifts can extend up to 16 hours. You will use an electronic pallet jack and wear a headset to receive instructions and communicate while moving through the warehouse. Breaks occur at designated times—typically around 4:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and sometimes 9:00 p.m. when operations are very busy—and must be taken as scheduled. The work is physically demanding and may cause soreness during the first few weeks as you adjust to frequent lifting and stacking, but most people adapt to the movement over time.

  • The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
