This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains an organized and safe work environment, and assists with material movement to support production and customer delivery requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer or internal orders.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Supply materials to the manufacturing floor as needed.
- Assist in basic assembly or production tasks when required.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times including wearing all Personal Protective Equipment to include enclosed shoes, gloves, hearing protection as needed. Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
