This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains an organized and safe work environment, and assists with material movement to support production and customer delivery requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer or internal orders.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Supply materials to the manufacturing floor as needed.
  • Assist in basic assembly or production tasks when required.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times including wearing all Personal Protective Equipment to include enclosed shoes, gloves, hearing protection as needed. Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods of time.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
