This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains an organized and safe work environment, and assists with material movement to support production and customer delivery requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality. Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer or internal orders. Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Maintain accurate stock records and report discrepancies. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Supply materials to the manufacturing floor as needed. Assist in basic assembly or production tasks when required. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times including wearing all Personal Protective Equipment to include enclosed shoes, gloves, hearing protection as needed. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand for extended periods of time. Basic math and computer skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
