Swiss Turning Machinist

• 1st Shift Our client is seeking an experienced Machinist with Swiss CNC experience for their 1st shift team. Responsibilities of the Swiss Turning Machinist
• 1st Shift Operate several CNC machines to make quality parts Load bars of material and monitor machine operation Take measurements Troubleshoot challenges Work as part of a team, training fellow machinists as needed Follow all safety policies Perform additional tasks as required Qualifications of the Swiss Turning Machinist
• 1st Shift Minimum of 5 years in CNC Swiss machining, ideally Citizen, with strong experience in turning/lathes rather than milling Familiarity with blueprints Knowledge of metals and materials such as steel, stainless steel, and copper, and their machine-ability Ability to use measuring equipment (micrometers, dial or digital calipers, optical comparators) Pay depends on experience, ranging from $22•27/hour.
