Full-time; schedules are provided weekly and may vary Sovereign Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a busy restaurant supply and cold food storage facility. This position requires working in extremely cold, freezer-like temperatures for the duration of your shift. Please make sure you are comfortable working in this type of environment before applying. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position responsible for picking, packing, staging, and preparing food products for shipment. Schedule Requirements There is no set weekly schedule . Schedules are provided each week on Friday's and may change based on production needs. Weekend availability is required. Candidates should expect to work most weekends and should not expect weekends off . Flexibility with scheduled workdays and days off is required. Extremely Cold Work Environment Please read carefully before applying: This is a refrigerated/cold storage warehouse with areas that can feel like freezer-level temperatures . Employees work around refrigerated and frozen food products throughout the shift. You must be comfortable working in extremely cold temperatures for extended periods of time . Warm layers, thermal clothing, jackets/hoodies, gloves, warm socks, and other cold-weather clothing are strongly recommended. If you are uncomfortable working in freezer-like temperatures, this position may not be a good fit. Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required before starting. Job Responsibilities Pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Pack products accurately and securely for shipment. Stage, sort, and organize inventory. Load and unload trucks. Verify order accuracy and perform quality checks. Support shipping and receiving operations. Maintain inventory accuracy. Follow warehouse safety procedures. Keep work areas clean and organized. Physical Requirements Lift approximately 50-70 pounds throughout the shift. Stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for extended periods. Work in extremely cold/refrigerated warehouse conditions for the entire shift. Wear required steel-toe or composite-toe footwear. Why Apply?
