Starting Pay:
$20-$21/hour CUMAC is looking for a dependable, hardworking Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is more than a driving position. We are looking for a team player who is ready to jump in wherever needed . You may spend part of your day making food rescue pickups or home deliveries, another part driving our Mobile Pantry into the community, and the rest of the day working alongside our warehouse team. What You'll Do Drive CUMAC's cargo van, Sprinter van, Mobile Pantry van, and/or refrigerated box trucks as scheduled. Pick up donated and rescued food from supermarkets, farms, distributors, and community partners. Drive and support CUMAC's Mobile Pantry at locations throughout Passaic County. Complete home deliveries for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and other CUMAC guests. Load and unload food, supplies, and equipment. Help receive, sort, organize, stock, and rotate food in our warehouse. Prepare and load food and supplies for Mobile Pantry, home delivery, Marketplace, and partner distributions. Keep vehicles clean, safe, and ready for use. Complete required pickup, delivery, mileage, and food rescue documentation. Work alongside CUMAC staff, volunteers, and community partners. Pitch in wherever needed. Once driving assignments are completed, this position works as part of the warehouse team. What We're Looking For Valid New Jersey Driver's License and safe driving record. Minimum of 3 years of driving experience. Experience driving vans, trucks, or similar vehicles preferred. Familiarity with Passaic County and Northern New Jersey roads is a plus. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with a physically active job. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to interact respectfully and professionally with donors, partners, volunteers, and CUMAC guests. Flexibility to occasionally work weekends as needed. About
