Material Handler

GENERAL DUTIES

Receive, store, and distribute materials to departments using carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts. Keeping the production line moving from station to station in a timely manner. Label pallets with correct work order information. Ensure that the work area is organized, accessible, and safe. Maintain excellent attendance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or GED. Attention to detail, thoroughness, time management Inventory experience plus Computer skills with MS Office or related database/spreadsheets software. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Lift and/or carry items up to 50 pounds. Ability to move within the production area and occasionally climb stairs. Vision abilities requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth Ability to hear, speak, and use hands/fingers; the repetitive motions for hands/wrists are frequent. Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
