Warehouse Team Member — Industrial Electrification (OEM Supply) Advantage Electric Supply Overview Advantage Electric Supply is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our logistics and distribution team supporting the industrial electrification and OEM supply chain. This hands-on role covers materials handling, order fulfillment, and equipment operation for electrical components and industrial products moving through our warehouse. The ideal candidate brings prior warehouse experience, comfort with heavy equipment, and a strong safety mindset. Responsibilities Receiving & Inspection Receive shipments against purchase orders and maintain accurate records of received goods Break down incoming pallets and inspect products for quality, damage, and correct specifications Reject and document unsatisfactory or nonconforming items Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pull and pick orders accurately and efficiently Pack, palletize, and prepare shipments for OEM and Contract Manufacturer customers Perform computer entry to track receiving, stocking, and order activity Material Handling & Equipment Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move electrical components, wire, and other industrial electrification products Handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment Inventory & Warehouse Organization Support inventory control through accurate stock counts and record-keeping Stock and distribute product throughout the warehouse Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times Qualifications Valid driver's license with good DMV standing Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or shipping & receiving preferred — electrical, industrial, or OEM supply background a plus Forklift and pallet jack experience required; experience with clamp trucks, order pickers, or cranes highly desirable Working knowledge of warehouse safety protocols Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged standing Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Compensation $21.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) / retirement plan Health, dental, and vision-eligible insurance Flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) Paid time off and paid sick time Paid on-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Safety equipment provided Work Location In person
