Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Cabinet Assembler to join a global energy technology firm based in Minden, NV. This position includes competitive weekly compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
Compensation and Work Schedule:
Employees earn $22 per hour on a standard Monday through Friday schedule, consisting of 40 hours per week. You will receive your pay every Friday, with the potential for overtime during busy cycles. For instance, working 50 hours in a week results in a gross weekly paycheck of $1,210.
Role Summary:
Our manufacturing facility in Minden, NV, is expanding, and we are looking for skilled individuals to build and wire electrical control panels. If you possess a sharp eye for detail and thrive in a tidy, professional shop setting, this hands-on technical role is an excellent match for your skills.
Primary Duties:
Construct electrical panels and control cabinets by following precise engineering schematics and wiring guides. Mount essential hardware including circuit breakers, relays, terminal blocks, and wiring systems. Analyze and utilize electrical layouts and technical schematics to guide your assembly process. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station clean and orderly. Contribute to high production standards by ensuring all wiring and assembly work meets rigorous quality benchmarks.
Necessary Qualifications:
Completion of a high school diploma or an equivalent certification. Prior background in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or a comparable production setting is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and schematics. Experience utilizing various power tools, hand tools, and precision measuring devices. Foundational knowledge regarding electrical wiring methods and component functions. Demonstrate a high level of precision to ensure the final product meets all quality requirements. Foster a collaborative atmosphere by utilizing effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Required Proficiencies:
High School Diploma or GED Technical Blueprint Interpretation Mechanical Assembly Production and Manufacturing
