Job Summary Accurately picks, packs, ships, and stocks parts, supplies, and materials for internal and external customers. Safely moves inventory using material-handling equipment and forklifts and serves as a consistent backup to the Parts Delivery Driver as needed. Responsibilities and Duties Load, unload, move, and transport materials using appropriate equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Receive incoming shipments, verify order accuracy, inspect materials for quality, and complete required receiving documentation. Process, stock, organize, and store inventory in designated locations according to established procedures. Pick, pack, and prepare customer and intercompany orders for shipment; process returned merchandise as needed. Serve as a consistent backup to the Parts Delivery Driver, completing deliveries as required to support customer service and business operations. Conduct inventory counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and replenish stock as necessary. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company safety standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes, efficiency, and facility operations. Complete required administrative tasks, reports, and other documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills One to two years of related experience or equivalent. Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods. Clean motor vehicle record Forklift experience preferred. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance as needed. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, delivery vehicles, and other equipment when trained and authorized. Use scanners, computers, and inventory systems to process orders and maintain inventory accuracy. Work in warehouse, loading dock, and outdoor environments with exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions. Climb stairs, ladders, and equipment as needed to perform job duties safely. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
