Job Summary The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up parts and materials in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. This position provides excellent customer service while supporting warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and general warehouse activities. Duties & Responsibilities Deliver and pick up parts, supplies, and materials in a safe, timely, and professional manner. Load, secure, and unload products accurately to ensure safe transportation and delivery. Operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain required licensing, credentials, and an acceptable driving record. Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Company professionally at all times. Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and Team Members. Pick, pull, stage, and fulfill customer orders from warehouse inventory and other storage locations. Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the warehouse, yard, and work areas. Assist customers by locating products, answering questions, and providing accurate information. Report inventory discrepancies, backorders, damaged goods, or other issues to management. Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate required maintenance or repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable company vehicle. Assist with physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and year-end inventory activities. Follow all safety policies and procedures; immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents. Support warehouse and parts department operations as needed and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Previous delivery driving, warehouse, or parts distribution experience preferred. Valid Class C driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to accurately complete delivery, inventory, and shipping documentation. Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with company policies and procedures. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Regularly drive, sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform material handling during deliveries and warehouse operations. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance as needed. Load, unload, transport, pick, and deliver parts and materials safely and efficiently. Operate delivery vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment when trained and authorized. Use scanners, computers, and inventory systems to process deliveries, orders, and inventory transactions. Climb stairs, ladders, and vehicle or equipment access points as needed to perform job duties safely. Work in warehouse, customer-site, loading dock, and outdoor environments with exposure to traffic, moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
