Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure efficient stock placement. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment, adhering to quality standards and customer specifications. Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain precise data entry for stock movements using Microsoft Office tools when necessary. Support shipping and receiving activities by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Assist in stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment tasks including order picking, packing, labeling, and loading/unloading trucks efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations including the use of forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and order picker equipment. Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software is advantageous. Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and quality assurance.
