We're opening a brand new bakery, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of making it happen, not just someone looking for a job to clock into. Because we're starting from scratch, there's going to be a lot to do before and after we open. We're looking for a dependable, hands on person who can jump in, learn, figure things out, and help us turn an empty space into a bakery that runs well and feels great to be part of. You'll have a hand in a little bit of everything, including: Baking, food preparation, and decorating Working the front counter Helping create simple systems and routines Taking care of things that need to be done Bringing ideas and helping us figure out what works Taking on more responsibility as the bakery grows Who we're looking for: You don't need to know how to do everything on day one. What matters most is that you're someone who: Shows up and can be counted on Isn't afraid to get their hands dirty Likes learning and figuring things out Enjoys food, baking, hospitality, or small business Wants to be involved in building something from the beginning Experience in baking, food service, management, or a small business is definitely helpful. But we're also open to someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, and drive. This is a chance to grow with the business. We're looking for someone who can start by helping wherever needed and, as we grow, potentially take on more responsibility in the day to day operation. If you like the idea of being there before the doors open, helping figure things out, and watching something you helped build become a real business, we'd love to meet you.
