Job Summary:

•We need an active Warehouse Associate to work in our warehouse. You will be responsible for ensuring proper rotation of stock in cooler, quality checks, picking and packing orders, as well as loading and unloading trucks, processing returns. You should be physically strong and able to lift up to 50 pounds often throughout the shift. As a Warehouse Associate, we expect you to have excellent hand-eye coordination skills. We want to see a willingness to help in any way needed throughout the warehouse. Since this is an active position, you should be in good physical condition and be able to follow safety rules. Experience in the Floral industry is a plus. Warehouse is refrigerated and will be a cold environment. On top of the warehouse responsibilities we are looking for someone able to handle deliveries which are done in 26ft box trucks. Driving shift is early morning from 1-5am until finished. We only ask that all deliveries are finished by 8:30am. We have 2 delivery routes, one in the local Niagara Falls/Buffalo area that runs 2-5 days per week and another that runs 3 days per week in a 150 mile radius from our shop. For this run we would require you to fill in as a backup driver when required. •

Responsibilities:

Keep a clean and well-organized work station, including the use of cleaning equipment. Organize the cooler to ensure quality product is being shipped out to customers. Follow the specified procedures to safely load and unload trucks, making sure all supplies are transported and stored properly. Monitor the inventory to ensure that supplies are used in a timely manner, reordered and stored properly. Assist with preparing shipments based on package contents and destination. Ensure that all incoming orders can be received, processed and shipped so that customers receive them as soon as possible.
